Tea Parties like in Boston

To follow in the footsteps of our founding fathers means much more than teabags. Remember that the tea dumped during the Boston Tea Party was a boatload of the English's tea. It's a nice gesture to empty a bag of your own tea on the ground and it sends a message, much like a picket sign sends a message. But, to cause change in a this so called American Government, these guys have to be directly affected by We the People.

I think we should all keep it at the front of our minds daily that a government official only gains legitimacy after they take the oath of office. It seems to me that when they take that oath, they are entering into a covenant with We the People. When they break that covenant, they forfeit their legitimacy. This so called government lost it's legitimacy long ago. Every law that contradicts the Constitution, whether the Supreme Court banged that wooden hammer or not, is not a law that we are bound to. We are either no longer the United States of America or the people calling themselves the government are lying to us. I prefer to think it's the latter and long for the day when a George Washington will arrive so that I have someone to follow into restoring this great republic.
